- If you've subscribed to one of our subscription plans you can send up to the max email campaigns included within your plan.
- Can I send more Emails than what's include in my plan?
- Yes, once you've reached your plan email campaign limit you can purchase additional campaigns at the discounted rate set in your subscription level.
- Can I upgrade my subscription?
- You may upgrade to a different subscription level by paying the difference in cost between the two (2) plans.
- Can I purchase one (1) email campaign?
- Yes, if you only need to send a limited number you can purchase the Pay-As-You-Go plan which is a single email campaign.
- Who provides the graphics and copy for the email?
- The subscriber provides all content and graphics / images. Please submit our Email Campaign Content Form to send us your campaign details.
- Do I need to reserve dates for my email campaigns?
- Yes, all dates need to be reserved. Please submit our Email Campaign Request Form to schedule all your campaign distributions.
