All sales are final. Refunds are available if an event is cancelled or rescheduled. In the case of rescheduled performances, all refund requests must be received prior to the start of the rescheduled performance.
While CenterTix regrets the inconvenience caused by cancellations and postponements, CenterTix cannot be held responsible for any cost or damage related to these circumstances.
Each online purchase results in an order confirmation that is delivered by email to the purchaser.
Event attendees must adhere to the code of contact, health and security policies, and all event and venue regulations in force at the event.
All tickets are personal privileges that, except as otherwise provided by law, are revocable at will in the sole discretion of the event organizer, event venue staff, or CenterTix. Tickets may be revoked with or without cause, for reasons that include but are not limited to improper conduct by patrons, ticket holders, or their guests.
All purchases must adhere to the conditions and limits appearing in the event details on CenterTix.
The purchase of tickets for resale is prohibited by CenterTix. Accounts with tickets that have been resold or are listed for resale are subject to cancellation without notice with the holder denied access to the event.
Electronic tickets are delivered immediately by email. Admission barcodes are withheld from electronic tickets until closer to the event date. Tickets without a bar code are not valid.
If tickets are to be mailed, they should arrive within a reasonable amount of time, generally 1 to 5 days. If they do not, please contact CenterTix. The schedule for delivering subscription tickets may vary from this standard.
If tickets are to be held for pick up, they will be at the venue box office at least thirty (30) minutes prior to the time of performance. Please arrive early to allow for parking and to enter in time to see the show from the beginning. Some venues do not admit latecomers (check event descriptions for details).
Unless otherwise arranged, only the credit card holder will be able to pick up tickets held for pick up. Photograph ID may be required before tickets are released. If someone else is picking up the tickets, please contact CenterTix in advance to make arrangements. We recommend that you provide your order number to the new recipient to speed the process at the box office.
CenterTix cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries, losses or damages incurred by patrons while attending events sold by CenterTix. The content of events and performances for tickets purchased through CenterTixis the sole responsibility of each event organizer.
All patrons purchasing from CenterTix must do so in the light of the above limitations.
