Golden Age of Guitar

Aurora Duo (Armin Abdihodzic & Thomas Tallant) will present a concert featuring guitar duo music from the late 17th and early 18th centuries. This period is considered as the most prolific time in the development of the classical guitar due to the large amount of original music and arrangements. Aurora Duo will present the concert on period instruments (romantic guitar and terz guitar). The program will feature music by Haydn and Beethoven arranged by their contemporaries, but also original guitar music by Mauro Giuliani, Anton Diabelli, Francois Doisy, and others.
