Before You Arrive
Purchase Tickets Online at CenterTix.com
For last-minute purchase options, please come early to visit the box office before attending an event.
Touchless ticketing: All tickets are available for purchase at our CenterTix website and by phone at 907-263-2787. Our mobile tickets and print-at-home options are strongly encouraged, allowing for a touchless ticket entry.
Other ticketing options: If you don’t have a smart device or a printer, you can opt to pick up your tickets at the event. Tickets will be available beginning one hour prior to the event.
Limited Box Office Hours: At this time, the box office is not open for advance walk-up sales other than the day of the event immediately prior to the show’s start time. CenterTix is available via phone at 907-263-2787 and online at CenterTix.com
If you purchase your tickets in advance, you will receive an email the week of your event with details about arrival times specific to your event.

Building Entrance Procedures
Access to the Box Office
The Box Office will open as soon as the lobby opens for the event (no less than 30 minutes prior to a ticketed event).
Mitigation Procedures are Event by Event
Proof of Vaccination or Negative Test
If required by an event’s presenter or artist, acceptable forms of proof of vaccination against COVID-19 include a vaccination completed at least two weeks prior to the event, or proof of a negative result for a COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the show, or proof of recovery from a COVID-19 diagnosis no more than 90 days prior to the event and no less than 11 days prior to the event.

Face Coverings
Face coverings are welcomed for all events at the PAC.
If required by an event’s presenter or artists, all audience members are required to wear properly fitting masks or face coverings that cover the nose and mouth when inside the PAC. If required by an event’s presenter or artists, PAC staff will be wearing masks too.

During the Event
Services During Your Visit
Restrooms: All restrooms are frequently cleaned throughout and between events.
Concessions: Bottled water and soft drinks are available at all PAC events. A limited food menu with offerings by our concessionaire Crush Bistro and Wine Cellars is also available at many PAC events.
Merchandise: If an event has merchandise for sale, available products are on display in the lobby. All sales are final.
Patron Lounge: The patron lounge is open to major donors of the PAC an hour before the show and at intermission for most Atwood Concert Hall and other select performances.

As a result of COVID-19, the status of your performance is subject to change. If your event is cancelled, you will receive a notification of cancellation as soon as possible and be offered an exchange or a full refund for your purchase. In addition, we have established and are updating COVID-19 safety measures regularly that everyone who attends an event must follow. Information about the current safety requirements will be sent to all ticket buyers in an email reminder the week of the event.
