What to Expect When You Arrive!

From car seat to theatre seat and everything in-between.

Before You Arrive

Purchase Tickets Online at CenterTix.com

For last minute purchase options, please come early to visit the box office before attending an event.

  • Touchless ticketing: All tickets are available for purchase at our CenterTix website and by phone at 907-263-2787. Our mobile tickets and print-at-home options are strongly encouraged, allowing for a touchless ticket entry.
  • Other ticketing options: If you don’t have a smart device or a printer, you can opt for will call tickets to pick up at the Box Office immediately prior to your event.
  • Limited Box Office Hours: At this time, the box office is not open for advance walk-up sales. The box office opens immediately prior to events only.

If you purchase your tickets in advance, you will receive an email the week of your event with details about arrival times specific to your event.

Proof of Vaccination or Negative Test

  • All attendees to events at the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts must provide either proof of vaccination against COVID-19 completed at least two weeks prior to the event, or proof of a negative result for a COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the show, or proof of recovery from a COVID-19 diagnosis no more than 90 days prior to the event and no less than 11 days prior to the event.

Face Coverings

  • Face coverings are required for all events at the PAC.
  • All audience members are required to wear properly fitting masks or face coverings that cover the nose and mouth when inside the PAC. Staff will be wearing masks too. If you do not have a mask with you, the PAC has a free mask for you.

Special Accommodations

  • Because of limited lobby access and event capacities — please contact us in advance at 907-263-2787 for any special request or accommodations, including mobility, hearing and/or visual assistance.

Self Assessment

  • Please stay home if you have a fever or are experiencing COVID-like symptoms. Unvaccinated audience members who have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 within the last 14 days should remain home.

Building Entrance Procedures

Access to the Box Office

  • The Box Office will open as soon as the lobby opens for the event (no less than 30 minutes prior to a ticketed event).

During the Event

PPE Protocols

  • Children under the age of 2 and patrons who have a disability or health issue that precludes them from wearing a mask should not wear one, but they must adhere to all other mitigation requirements while in the building.

Physically Distanced Seating

  • Most events have returned to full capacity. Please consult the event description for your event to see details relevant to that event.
  • For select events that require physical distancing, every effort has been made to keep household groups isolated from other audience members, performers and staff. At these events, up to 50% of the seats will be removed from sale to keep each household group separated by some distance.

Services During Your Visit

  • Restrooms: All restrooms are frequently cleaned throughout and between events.
  • Concessions: Bottled water and soft drinks are available at all events. A limited food menu is also available at most events. Offerings by our concessionaire Crush Bistro and Wine Cellar.
  • Merchandise: If an event has merchandise for sale, available products are on display and available for purchase. All sales are final.
  • Patron Lounge: The patron lounge reopens to major donors of the PAC on September 18, 2021. Information about recent changes to the patron lounge is being sent to all members in early September.

As a result of COVID-19, the status of your performance is subject to change. If your event is cancelled, you will receive a notification of cancellation as soon as possible and be offered an exchange or a full refund for your purchase. In addition, we have established and are updating COVID-19 safety measures regularly that everyone who attends an event must follow. Information about the current safety requirements will be sent to all ticket buyers in an email reminder the week of the event.
