To ensure the safe and successful return and continuation of live performances in Anchorage, each venue, event and artist may require different mitigation measures for all audience members attending an event. What You Need to Know
Our plan to reduce your chance of exposure to coronavirus begins before you arrive. All plans are subject to change. To know what to expect when you arrive, please check the CenterTix ticketing page for your show to see exactly what coronavirus protocols are currently in place for that event.
Please stay home if you have a fever or are experiencing COVID-like symptoms. Anyone who has been exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days should stay home. Contact CenterTix for a refund as soon as you learn that you cannot attend due to illness.
Proof of Vaccination or Negative Test Result
Everyone attending events at the PAC must provide either proof of vaccination against COVID-19 completed at least two weeks prior to the event, or proof of a negative result for a COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the event, or proof of recovery from a COVID-19 diagnosis no more than 90 day prior to the event and no less than 11 days prior to the event.
Face Coverings Required
All audience members are required to wear properly fitting masks or face coverings that cover the nose and mouth when inside the PAC. Staff will be wearing masks too. If you do not have a mask with you, the PAC has a free mask for you.
Limited On Site Rapid Testing
A limited number of rapid tests will be available at the PAC, administered by Team One on site at the event. On site rapid testing begins 90 minutes before the event. Tests are administered by Team One and cost $31.00 each. Results are generally available within 20 minutes of taking the test.
100% Venue Capacity

Cleaning & Sanitation
The venue is cleaned and disinfected regularly, with frequent cleaning of high-traffic areas and surfaces throughout the day.

As a result of COVID-19, the status of your performance is subject to change. If your event is cancelled, you will receive a notification of cancellation as soon as possible and be offered an exchange or a full refund for your purchase. In addition, we have established and are updating COVID-19 safety measures regularly that everyone who attends an event must follow. Information about the current safety requirements will be sent to all ticket buyers in an email reminder the week of the event.
