We are excited to welcome you back!

Everyone has a part to play to create a gathering space where all are welcome, comfortable and safe. Upon arrival, we ask all of our guests to follow our safety requirements and code of conduct. Together, we support each other in creating an environment for magically memorable experiences.

What You Can Expect

Each venue in cooperation with its event organizers and artists has developed a plan with new processes and safety measures. These safety measures may vary from event to event and from venue to venue. What You Need to Know

To know what to expect when you arrive, please check the CenterTix ticketing page for your show to see exactly what is required at that event. Additionally, the following information may help you as you prepare to attend events at the PAC:

Masks are welcome

All audience members are welcome to wear masks or face coverings while visiting Anchorage venues. Mask requirements vary from event to event, please check specific mitigation requirements for your event on CenterTix event pages.

Cleaning & Sanitation

The venue is cleaned and disinfected regularly, with frequent cleaning of high-traffic areas and surfaces throughout the day.

Safety and Security

No knives or weapons allowed. Possession of firearms in the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts is prohibited per Alaska Statute Section 11.61.220 (a) (2).

We’ve put together frequently asked questions regarding our health and safety efforts at the PAC.

As a result of COVID-19, the status of your performance is subject to change. If your event is cancelled, you will receive a notification of cancellation as soon as possible and be offered an exchange or a full refund for your purchase. In addition, we have established and are updating COVID-19 safety measures regularly that everyone who attends an event must follow. Information about the current safety requirements will be sent to all ticket buyers in an email reminder the week of the event.
